Over the past month, more features were introduced to XtraPOS Cloud:

• We now support price embedded barcodes.

• For clients that sell by weight and print the weight on the labels this is now supported.

• Product labels can now be printed by just specifying a range of creation dates or modified dates to batch print a range of labels created or modified within a certain period.

• Product online descriptions can now be entered in XtraPOS Cloud directly with rich editing options, using bullet points, paragraphs, styles and more.

• We have introduced Addon products. This will allow you to easily sell an Item and the system will automatically addon the extra item or a set of extra items as setup.

• Launching of integration with more Accounting Systems. Our latest integration is with Intuit Quick Books Online by Intuit.

We’re excited to announce that XtraPOS Cloud has been updated with powerful new features designed to enhance your experience. Here’s what’s new:

•  Zoom into Product Images – View and zoom in on product images directly from the stock screen.
  Enhanced POS View – Easily access and zoom in on product images right from the POS Sales screen.

•  More Control Over Promos – You can now also limit promotions by stock codes, with the ability to import codes for each promo.

•  Introducing Coupons! – Create promotional coupons (e.g., 10% off when you spend €100), limit them by client, set usage limits, and even generate QR codes for easy redemption.

• Launch of In-build XtraPOS Cloud Loyalty System to award returning Customers!

• Introduced new filters to create stock takes

• All reports can now be emailed directly from the system.

• Users are now able to tag sales for better marketing filtering and categorisation

• Dashboard enhancements to show more sales widgets

• Introduction of Stock widgets on Dashboard

• Support for Stock Item Lot tracking and expiry dates

• Ability to alter payment method post Sale Closure (by permissions)
